@mike I agree (for personal computing). But "work policies", including at Arcadia(!) blanket-ban TOR Browser, so it doesn't fully solve the problem.
@mike I remember IT storming into my office about 12 mins after I starting using TOR Browser at work one day back in 2017. And that was the end of that...(!)

@rmounce Also happened to me at my university job. :D I had to write a report to the upper echelons to justify what I was doing. (Downloading #PublicDomain papers, obviously.)
